Minimum Coordinate Differences Between SPCS2022 and Overlapping Existing Systems

- Differences are computed as SPCS2022 minus existing system horizontal coordinates to 100 m precision using a floor function.
- Many SPCS2022 zones overlap multiple existing zones, and in those cases the minimum horizontal distance is given.
- SPCS2022 Policy requires that SPCS2022 coordinates differ by at least 10,000 m horizontally from SPCS 83, SPCS 27, and UTM. Smaller differences with UTM for the GW, GWC, GEC, and GE zones are exceptions to accommodate their design objectives.
- SPCS 83 values are blank for American Samoa because it does not have an SPCS 83 zone.
