STEP 4: Upload Descriptions and Field Log
=========================================

If submitting the project to NGS, upload `WinDesc`_ Description Files for all user marks to OP (not CORSs). A WinDesc tutorial is provided in Appendix 1. If photos are already available, load them via the "Upload A Photo" button on the individual mark pages. When GNSS Observation Field Logs are available, they can be loaded from the Manager's Page. If you do not intend to submit your project to NGS, then skip this step.
